How to Know if You’re Highly Intuitive (Even If You Doubt It)

Have you ever just known something… before it happened?

Maybe you felt a strange energy in the room, picked up on someone’s sadness without them saying a word, or had a dream that ended up coming true.

You brushed it off as coincidence. But deep down, you knew.

That knowing? That’s intuition. And chances are — you’ve had it all along.

The Sacred Why

Intuition isn’t some magical superpower reserved for psychics or healers. It’s a natural, inner guidance system — one that’s been in you since birth.

But most of us were taught to override it. To trust logic. To silence our gut. To “be realistic.”

We live in a world that rewards rationality, not resonance. And yet, the most powerful women I know — leaders, healers, creatives, mothers — all share one thing in common:

They learned how to listen to the voice within.

This post is here to help you do the same.

5 Subtle Signs You’re Highly Intuitive

1. You feel things deeply — even when others don’t. You might sense the mood of a room instantly. You notice tone shifts. Your body reacts before your mind can explain why.

2. You have strong “gut” reactions (and they’re usually right). Whether it’s about people, places, or opportunities — your gut often speaks up before you consciously understand the situation.

3. You experience synchronicities or “downloads.” Repeating numbers, signs, dreams, or sudden knowing that feels like it came from elsewhere — this is the language of the soul.

4. You feel drained in crowds or around certain people. This often means you're sensitive to energy — not just emotions. You might unknowingly absorb others’ vibrations.

5. You’ve always sensed there’s more to life than what we’re told. From a young age, you felt like there was something deeper — a mystery behind the veil. Intuitive people tend to ask big questions… and feel the answers.

Embodied Reflection

Take a moment. Close your eyes. Breathe.

  • Have I ever known something I couldn’t explain?

  • When was the last time I ignored a gut feeling — and regretted it?

  • What might change if I trusted myself more fully?

🕯 Try This Practice:

Each morning, place your hand on your heart and ask:

“What do I need to know today?”

Notice what whispers back — even if it’s subtle. Over time, the voice becomes louder.

A Note From My Journey

I spent years thinking intuition had to look dramatic: visions, spirits, downloads on command.

But when I slowed down… I realized it had always been there.

It showed up in the way I mothered. In how I chose clients. In what I knew in my body before the facts aligned.

The more I honored it, the stronger it became. And it’s now the compass I trust the most.

Call to Soulful Action

Your intuition is not broken. It’s waiting.

You don’t need to do this journey alone — especially if you’re ready to tune in, not tune out.

Our Fall Women's Circle Series is a sacred space to remember the voice within. Come sit with us, sister. Your seat is waiting.
